Michael Brown

 Since his retirement from Lowe’s Companies of Mooresville, NC, in 2012, Mike has served in various roles, including Owner, Majority Owner and/or Managing Member at the following companies: Mike Brown Ford – Subaru; MPNW, LLC – Property Management; Cedar Point Holdings, LLC – Residential remodeling and residential real estate; and Perfect Fit Properties, LLC – Property management, residential land development and residential real estate.

In June of 2012, Mike retired from Lowe’s Companies of Mooresville, NC, after more than 27 years of service. During his time at Lowe’s, Mike held numerous positions including:

  • Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer: January 2011 – June 2012
  • Executive Vice President of Store Operations/Specialty Sales and Lowe’s.com: December 2006 – January 2011
  • Senior Vice President of Store Operations for South Central Division: December 2003 – December 2006
  • Senior Vice President of Store Operations for Western Division: November 2001 to November 2003
  • Vice President of Specialty Sales: November 1999 to November 2001
  • Regional Vice President of Northeast Division from January 1998 to November 1999
  • Merchandising Vice President of Lawn and Garden, Bag Goods/Chemicals and Outdoor Power Equipment: December 1996 to January 1998
  • Various roles from 1984 to 1998

Originally from North Wilkesboro, NC. Currently resides in Banner Elk, NC, with his wife, Janet, who graduated from Appalachian State University in 1984. Their son, Zach, graduated from Appalachian State University in 2012 and now lives in Denver, Colorado; their daughter, Jenna, is a junior at High Point University.

Lisa Cox

With more than 20 years of experience, Lisa is an accomplished, experienced and creative Marketing Communications professional with a record of achievement improving the visibility, appeal, reputation and sales of companies heavily involved in the NASCAR industry.

Lisa began her career in 1994 in the Public Relations department at Charlotte Motor Speedway and while remaining in the sport, over the years her experience has expanded to include working in corporate sponsorship communications at Nationwide Insurance and team marketing and communications with Richard Childress Racing.

Most recently, Lisa managed the marketing communications and partnership marketing team at Richard Childress Racing, leading the development and management of strategic marketing programs for the organizations partners.

Originally from upstate New York, Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management from the University of Dayton. She and her husband Jason live in Mooresville with their daughter Carter Mae. Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel and pulling for the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Bob Decot

Bob is the President of R.D. Associates Inc. in Charlotte, NC. Bob has served an uninterrupted tenure of 31 years in the wholesale kitchen cabinet industry, first in the New England market with Triangle Pacific Company then eventually in Charlotte where he established R.D. Associates (“RDA”) in 1991.

RDA is a manufacturer’s rep covering the Carolinas for the largest Mid-Western manufacturer of bathroom vanities, cultured marble tops, and kitchen cabinets. In March of 2011, Bob assembled a group of investors engaged in the wholesale cabinet industry and would eventually form the “Gourmet Group” which recently purchased the “Geppetto Kitchens” manufacturing company in Rutherfordton, NC.

Bob and his wife Deb reside in Charlotte without their three children (April, Bobby, and Jordan) who have finally left the nest. Bob enjoys collecting art, cooking and telling funny stories.

Kevin Lambert

 Kevin is the Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Resources in Charlotte, NC. In this capacity, Lambert oversees financial reporting and analysis, tax, information technology functions and manages the corporate credit facilities for Crescent.  In addition, he has chaired the Investment Committee at Crescent that oversees all investment and development activity since 2007. Kevin joined Crescent in 1993 and has previously held the positions of vice president-controller, commercial division controller and senior accountant.

Before joining Crescent, Kevin worked for Deloitte & Touche in Charlotte. Kevin is also a certified public accountant in North Carolina.

The Greensboro, N.C. native is active in the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and is the Vice Chairman of the Board for the Lake Norman Charter School.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in accounting, both from UNC-Chapel Hill. He and his wife Angie live in Huntersville with their two children, Christopher and Kelsey. Kevin enjoys boating, golf and rooting on his Tar Heels.

Dimitri Triantafyllides

Dimitri is the Principal of Sixty Guilders Management, LLC, investment management and research firm he founded in 2008.  Dimitri has over 20 years experience in both debt and equity research.

Dimitri began his career in 1993 as an Equity Analyst with regional broker Interstate/Johnson Lane (later acquired by Wachovia and renamed IJL/Wachovia and Wachovia Securities). While there, he covered stocks in the following industries: telecom and cable services and equipment, general industrials, special situations.

From 1997-2007 Dimitri was a Fixed Income Analyst with Wachovia Capital Markets (now Wells Fargo) covering high yield telecommunications and cable service providers. In addition, during the 2002-2005 timeframe, he also covered investment grade telecommunications and cable, while building the high grade research effort as head of high grade research.

Dimitri earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1996, an MBA from UNC-Charlotte in 1993, and a BS in Business from Oregon State University in 1987. Dimitri and his wife Susan reside in Charlotte with their two boys, Pavlo and Nicholas. Dimitri enjoys playing soccer, reading and music.
